SALES ASSISTANT TO HIGH-PERFORMING AGENT | NORTHERN SUBURBS | Learn from a top-performing agent | Clear pathway to becoming a stand-alone agent An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and polished individual to step into a Sales Assistant position within one of Melbourne’s leading agencies in the Northern Suburbs. You’ll be supporting a high-performing agent who consistently achieves outstanding results, gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of the sales process - from prospecting and buyer management to negotiations and settlements. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn from an experienced agent, develop their skills, and build a successful long-term career in real estate sales. (Must hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate & Driver’s Licence) THE PAY: $55,000 – $60,000 base commissions On-target earnings exceeding $90,000 (negotiable depending on experience) HOURS / DAYS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturdays for opens/auctions. Some after-hours work expected – it’s real estate. THE ROLE: Work alongside a top-performing agent, assisting across all sales campaigns Conduct open homes, private inspections, and provide auction support Manage buyer follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships Prepare marketing materials, appraisals, and vendor reports Coordinate photographers, floorplans, and property advertising Assist with prospecting, database updates, and lead generation Liaise with clients, solicitors, and trades to ensure smooth transactions Attend team meetings, sales training, and community events ABOUT YOU: Agent’s Representative Certificate required Minimum 6 months of real estate experience Strong communication and presentation skills Confident, driven, and eager to learn from the best Reliable, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment THE OPPORTUNITY : Join a highly regarded agency where training, culture, and performance are front and centre.
