Job Description An exciting opportunity exists to join KordaMentha Implementation Services as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Financial Crime Operations on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. You will be part of the KordaMentha team responsible for the day-to-day operations of Anti-money Laundering and Counter-terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), as well as general operational support. Key responsibilities may include: Perform quality checks on activities such as KYC, TM, ECDD etc., providing key insights to the QA Manager Identifying improvement opportunities in processes and procedures and provide guidance to stakeholders Assist QA Manager to identify, create and deliver training themes from QA output results Coaching and feedback to Analysts regarding QA output results Act as trusted SME for Analysts, assisting with remediating QA issues/breaches Assist Managers and team leads with stakeholder management related to QA results Reporting and analysing data You will be working with a team of subject matter experts and will undergo our comprehensive training program, including potential opportunities to complete formal AML/CTF qualifications.
