This is a Quality and Safety Manager role with Visy based in Sydney, NSW, AU Visy Role Seniority - senior More about the Quality and Safety Manager role at Visy Role Details Reporting into the Recycling leadership team, this role leads health, safety, environmental and quality performance across the Recycling Division. You’ll oversee ISO compliance, quality assurance, incident management and risk reduction across NSW and QLD, with periodic site visits every 2-3 months. Partnering closely with operations, you will drive consistent standards, resolve quality issues, improve stock and spoilage outcomes, and strengthen Visy’s commitment to safe and sustainable operations. What You Will Bring HSEQ experience within manufacturing or related sectors Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, SPC and WHS regulations (ISO 4801 / 45001) Proven auditing experience and the ability to influence and coach site teams Certifications in WHS, Risk Assessment, Document Control (HACCP & Lean Six Sigma desirable) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability Ability to lead compliance, reduce risk and drive quality improvements What You’ll Love When You Join Us Supportive and dynamic work environment where your expertise will be valued.
