Role Description We have a variety of roles available in our clinics across Australia (Sunbury, Vic, Bendigo, Vic, Tweed Heads, NSW, Maroochydore, Qld and Gympie, Qld) and can be flexible for the right candidate regarding hours worked, although three days minimum is preferred. We are looking for a qualified psychologist who can provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, conduct mental health assessments, and develop personalised care plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in ongoing professional development. The role also involves offering empathetic support to clients while implementing evidence-based treatment approaches. The Psychologist will contribute to destigmatising mental health care and ensuring clients feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Qualifications Clinical expertise in conducting therapy sessions, assessments, and creating individualised treatment plans Clinical expertise in conducting cognitive and neuropsychological assessments is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and empathy with clients Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR or other therapeutic interventions Excellent record-keeping skills and proficiency in documentation and data management Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and adapt solutions to diverse client needs Full registration with the relevant Psychology Board in Australia Commitment to continued professional development and adherence to ethical practices Experience with Medicare and third party funders is a plus
