Your Role As a Psychologist at ESA, you’ll empower children and families to achieve independence and participation through: Conducting standardized clinical assessments to identify goals and needs. Providing education, support, and counselling to clients and families. Developing functional, routine-based goals and delivering evidence-based interventions . Reviewing progress and setting new priorities collaboratively. Promoting inclusion in community activities and working closely with stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement through evaluation and feedback. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Psychology with current AHPRA registration . Passion: A love for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful . Skills: Strong counselling abilities and knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and parents. Experience: Risk and mental health assessment experience is desirable. Compliance: AHPRA registration, WWCC, National Police Check, NDIS screening, Covid-19 vaccination/exemption, First Aid, Driver’s License & insured vehicle.
