About the Team The Property Team provide property, facilities and specified corporate services for the Commission's offices nationally. On a strategic level, the role of the Property Team on a 24/7 and 365 day basis to ensure the provision of a safe, secure and enjoyable workspace environment for staff, visitors and third parties across the Commission's property portfolio. About the Role The purpose of this position is to provide support to a range of property policy, capital works and office relocation projects nationally. The key duties of the position include Provide support to the Assistant Director and Director, Property in the delivery of property capital works projects, minor capital works, lease management, office relocation projects and property policy projects nationally. Assist the Assistant Director and Director with the coordination and management of property project related procurement contracts in compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Commission procurement policies and processes, including preparation of relevant procurement approval briefs. Coordinate property project budgets, including tracking and reporting on project costs and managing project compliancy and risk in consultation with the Commission's Property Services Provider (PSP), Evolve FM, as appointed project managers. Manage all relevant property project documentation, including scope and concept designs, tender documentation, As Builts and Practical Completion documentation in liaison with the Commission's Property Services Provider (PSP), Evolve FM, as appointed project managers and ensuring all project documentation and records are appropriately filed and maintained in SharePoint. Draft property project related staff communications, including emails, property bulletins, briefs and reports. Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal and external service providers and stakeholders. Other duties as required to support the wider Property team and functions.
