They are now seeking a switched-on, Property Manager who can take charge of an immaculate portfolio and focus on client relationships whilst being supported by a team who does all inspections for you! You will also have admin support so will not be slammed with sky-high paperwork - your only focus will be on retaining managements and making sure that your clients are getting the best service in Sydney. Big brand that will look awesome on your CV and offers world-class development and in-house training Your time is your own - absolutely NO leasing, admin OR accounts Luxury portfolio of properties that has been expertly maintained Close-knit, fun team with loads of social gatherings, company events and award nights to attend Up to $100k package The Position In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Manage an immaculate portfolio of 140 properties that has been kept in tip-top shape Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals Maintain and minimise rental arrears Tribunal preparation and attendance if required The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have: A solid track record in and passion for property management - you will live and breathe PM! Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence A real nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy A stickler for detail who thrives on getting stuck into problems and nutting things out Someone who can work autonomously but can also smash through collaborative tasks Top notch presentation - you will be dealing with clients at the elite end of the North Shore market who expect nothing less!
