They’re now seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a well-maintained, balanced portfolio and join their collaborative, high-achieving team. THE ROLE Manage a clean and well-supported portfolio of 130–160 properties (within 5–10km) End-to-end management with a strong support network Saturdays 1 in 4 (on rotation) Laptop, phone, and VR camera provided Work car available on site Salary up to $85,000 Super (negotiable based on experience) Commissions and bonuses ABOUT YOU 2 years’ experience managing end-to-end residential portfolios Current Agents Representative Certificate (Essential) Strong understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation Excellent communication and relationship management skills Reliable, professional, and passionate about Property Management Values longevity, culture, and being part of a supportive team This is your opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s most reputable, high-performing offices where you’ll be supported to do your best work and truly enjoy what you do.
