Ready to take the reins of your own commercial portfolio and be part of a team that actually values what you bring to the table? This is a genuine opportunity to grow your career in Commercial Property Management - backed by hands-on leadership, professional development, and a down-to-earth team that has each other's backs. This boutique firm offers the 'human' element when it comes to hiring - there's no corporate swagger, just the search to find that right person! What's in it for you: Your own portfolio to manage and make your own - 100-120 portfolio across retail, industrial, and office spaces. Mentorship and ongoing training from the leadership team (including the head of department/director who is in the trenches with you every day). Career planning that's actually followed through. You'll have open conversations about where you want to go, how to get there, and the tools to make it happen. A culture you'll actually want to be part of - easy-going, friendly, supportive, and built on trust. Negotiable salary package to match your experience and capabilities. (As a guide, $70k - $83k super) Modern office space in Gosford, with free and easy parking — plus a well-balanced portfolio covering the southern end of the Central Coast, making travel and serviceability practical and manageable. The chance to make a real impact. You won't be "just another employee"; you'll be the fourth member of a growing, close-knit department - your ideas and input will be welcomed. What you'll be doing day to day: Build and maintain long-term client relationships - they'll rely on you as their go-to person for everything asset-related. Handle leases, renewals, and negotiations with professionalism and care. Manage maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters across your portfolio (including Fire Safety and Insurance reviews). Attend site and property inspections, ensuring everything's running smoothly. Keep tenancy schedules, arrears tracking, and reporting accurate and up to date. Work collaboratively with your colleagues and management to share ideas, solve challenges, and continuously improve processes. Use property management software (Cirrus8 experience is great, but not essential - training provided). You'll be a great fit if you: Have experience in Property Management (commercial preferred, residential equally appreciated). Are honest, approachable, and solutions-focused - clients trust you because you deliver. Bring a sense of humour - you know how to stay calm and positive, even on the tough days. Have an eye for detail and take pride in doing things properly. Love the real estate industry and see this as a long-term career path, not just a stopgap. Hold a current NSW driver's license and Certificate of Registration (or LREA). Have full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with in-office expectations (Gosford) - and the ability to respond to after-hours calls for emergencies when required. Why this role stands out: You'll be part of a team where communication is open, expectations are transparent, support is ongoing, and growth is encouraged. This is a workplace where leadership is visible, approachable, and invested - not locked away in an office. Thinking about making the jump from Residential to Commercial? This is the perfect environment to do it. You'll have the mentorship, patience, and structure to make the transition smoothly - without being thrown in the deep end. While the commercial sector differs from residential in many ways, one standout feature is the longer transaction timelines. Commercial property management operates with a long-term focus, giving you the chance to develop deeper, more meaningful client relationships and make a real impact on their investments. If you've mastered the art of communication, client care, and attention to detail in residential, those skills will translate beautifully here. The rest? Can be taught. This team values the right attitude over years of experience - because skill can always be developed when the mindset is right. Next steps?
