Ascend Recruit are seeking an experienced Property Manager is required to take over a well-managed portfolio of approximately 133 properties in the Springwood area. You’ll be supported by a shared assistant, leasing agent, and remote professional, allowing you to focus on relationship management and delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants. About the Role Manage a portfolio of 133 established properties Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Conduct overflow routines, manage exits, QCAT matters, and owner communication Supported by a remote professional handling lease renewals, ingoing tenant admin, typing of routines, and maintenance follow-up APM provides support for routines, entries, and admin tasks What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Property Manager Excellent relationship management and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment Benefits & Incentives Performance bonus & growth incentives Car allowance Only 130 properties - immaculate portfolio!
