Project System Officer * Salary: $97,955 - $111,142 (Plus Superannuation) * Ongoing, full-time role (flexibility may be available) * Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available The Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project System Officer with experience in project coordination or systems administration, ideally in a government or complex environment. Strong organisational, digital, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to support system users and maintain accurate project data. Main accountabilities: * Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level * Manages projects, usually under limited direction * Prepares project scopes and briefs within broad parameters * Contributes expertise to a team working on complex projects The Team The position of Project System Officer forms a part of the ACFE, Pathways and Workforce within the Skills and TAFE group. Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations. About You * Project Delivery: Defines tasks to be delivered to meet agreed outcomes; Coordinates and guides others in the execution of work activities; Monitors progress of tasks against plans and takes corrective action when required. * Outcomes Thinking: Works with sense of purpose within the team and enables others to understand the strategic direction of the branch and organisation. * Systems Thinking: Identifies and understands the impact of particular courses of action on other parts of the organisation or more broadly.
