Project Manager – Commercial & Workplace Fit-Out Location: Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $165,000 Superannuation Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and deliver high-end commercial and workplace fit-out projects ? What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Managing full project lifecycles – from planning to execution and delivery. ✅ Developing and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. ✅ Leading and coordinating project teams – including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. ✅ Identifying and managing project risks , implementing mitigation strategies as needed. ✅ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. ✅ Ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards . What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Design & Construct sector . Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract administration, and procurement . Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations. Proficiency in project management software .
