We are partnering with a premier operator of hyperscale and enterprise data centres worldwide to recruit a capable Project Manager to support the growth and delivery of major data centre development programs across the APAC region. You will support the APAC PMO and Global Data Centre program execution, reporting, pipeline planning, and collaboration initiatives. This role is cross-functional and global in scope, working closely with stakeholders across design, construction, commercial, real estate, legal, asset management, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Work with the PMO Lead to execute inception tasks with wider teams. Support quarterly pipeline refresh cycles and long-term planning. Coordinate communications across internal/external stakeholders, acting as a key point of reference. Track and manage investor deliverables for program reporting. Lead APAC-wide project reporting, including construction reporting and KPI creation. Assist Construction Managers with project execution during peak phases. Support leadership with hub initiatives such as offsites, all-hands, and cross-functional events. Continuous Improvement activities Prepare updates, insights, and status reports for senior management. Required experience and skills are:- 5 years' work experience within the construction industry (data centre experience is a bonus, not a must). The ideal candidate will be a value centered individual and passionate about collaborating with internal and external partners. Working closely with the PMO lead, Cross-Functional team, Site Supervisors and Engineers. Must bring their passion, enthusiasm, and energy to match strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have project management experience of critical construction works in electrical /mechanical construction Engineering and/or Project Management qualifications highly regarded Understanding of design documents, contracts, and technical information, with a high technical knowledge of computer software use (Microsoft applications & Email etc.) Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong proof-reading skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a high-velocity environment. High accountability, ownership, and urgency in project delivery.
