A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage a $30 million mix use commercial construction project. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $50 million Managing a complex $30 million commercial construction project in Sydney CBD. $250k to $270K package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Northern Sydney office based Opportunity to work for an established builder with strong work pipeline for 2026 The Company: An established Tier 2 Builder T/0 $200 million Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $5 - 50 million range Established client base, with full order book of work for 2026 35 years trading history Northern Sydney based You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney Commercial construction experience on projects over $15 million is highly desirable MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge A steady career history and proven construction management background Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button
