LifeByte Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager – IT to lead internal cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and digital transformation. This role will manage the full lifecycle of projects, ranging from system integrations and productivity tool rollouts to process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Mandarin, and passionate about technology and the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of internal cross-functional projects — including system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, and business enhancement initiatives — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Collaborate closely with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather requirements and develop actionable project plans. Drive project tracking, task allocation, and risk management activities, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks. Serve as the primary point of contact for key external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration. Draft and maintain essential project documentation, including project boards, requirement specifications, change logs, and final reports. Continuously refine and improve project management practices to enhance overall team efficiency and cross-functional cooperation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; backgrounds in IT, Business Information Systems, or Cyber Security are a plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally leading cross-team or company-wide initiatives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, with excellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin , with confidence in leading meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating with vendors in both languages. Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-disciplined, with a strong interest in technology and the financial services industry.
