Why you will love this opportunity as Project Manager at Civica. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects for Civica’s Health customers across Australia. You’ll oversee project initiation, planning, execution and delivery — ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll drive collaboration, transparency, and accountability across project teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and is passionate about improving the delivery of health and care services through technology. What you will be doing Manage the full lifecycle of projects — from initiation through to completion and handover Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to meet agreed scope, budget, and schedule Provide clear, consistent communication to internal teams, customers, and suppliers Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues using Civica’s PPM frameworks Oversee project governance, reporting, and quality assurance Collaborate with customers to ensure a consistent and positive delivery experience Support bids and proposals for new project opportunities where required Requirements What you will do to be successful in this role Experience delivering technology or software implementation projects PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification (or equivalent practical experience) Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and quality planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working directly with customers or clients in a delivery-focused environment Knowledge of the Health or Care sector is highly regarded Benefits Why you'll love working with us We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
