About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of roofing and construction projects. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent coordination, communication, and planning skills, suited to someone who enjoys working closely with teams on-site while maintaining strong client engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial roofing projects from tender to completion Lead estimating, budgeting, and scheduling processes Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders Report on project progress, budgets, and key deliverables Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within roofing or commercial construction Strong estimating and project planning skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Proficient in project management and scheduling tools Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
