A Project Manager is sought by an established Commercial Fit Out Contractor to manage 3 - 4 office fitouts in the $1 - 3 million range. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Commercial Fit Out Contractor, managing high spec D&C office fit outs between $1 - 3 million $200k to $220K package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Inner-City Sydney based Opportunity to work for an established Head Contractor with strong work pipeline The Company: An established Fit Out Contractor T/0 $40 million Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Supervisor, CA and Cadet Focus on fit out projects in the $1 million to $3 million range Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025 15 years trading history Inner-City Sydney based You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous project management experience with Principal Head Contractor, CA's that have managed small projects and are transitioning in project management are welcomed.
