The Role: As a Project Lead within the Program Delivery Office team, you will play a crucial role in managing, planning and delivering the implementation of key enterprise bargaining agreements within Corporate Enterprise Services (CES). Your responsibilities will include establishing and leading collaborations among multidisciplinary teams from both Corporate Technology Services (CTS) and the Department of Health. You will also be tasked with producing detailed reports for executives within the Department. Your engagement is crucial to the timely and accurate delivery of the essential components of the enterprise bargaining agreements, as well as to achieving solutions that effectively meet customer needs. What You'll Do: * Project Management: Lead product planning, risk management, reporting, and project closure. Analyse, plan and manage specialised work packages in accordance with best practices. * Drive Success: Monitor and report on project trends and performance against plans and schedules, including executive briefings. * Collaborate and Coordinate: Establish and sustain effective relationships with multidisciplinary internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor and Achieve: Monitor and report on project trends and performance against plans and schedules. * Innovate and Improve: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring they are documented and escalated when necessary. What You'll Bring: * Proven experience in managing and delivering complex Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA projects. * Expertise in project and program management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP. * Strong communication skills in managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating, resolving conflicts, and writing project documents. * Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills while building effective team relationships. Corporate Enterprise Solutions (CES) delivers solutions for Queensland Health's corporate applications and payroll, including the public sector's largest integrated rostering and payroll system and the SAP S/4HANA finance and logistics solution.
