ConsultANZ is looking for a capable and mature Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in regional New South Wales. This role requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills, working closely with the broader project team to ensure smooth delivery and technical excellence. Main Duties: Oversee and coordinate earthworks and permit-related activities Manage planning, tracking, and reporting using Excel and internal systems Act as the key interface between departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow Provide leadership and direction to site engineers, ensuring high standards are met Support daily operations through clear communication and proactive problem-solving Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline 4–5 years post-graduate experience in civil engineering Strong background in earthworks and project coordination Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated maturity, ownership, and ability to lead junior engineers Strong organisational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities Roster / Work Arrangement: Monday–Friday on-site in regional NSW Return home on weekends Accommodation provided while on-site Benefits: 6-month contract with a Tier 1 contractor Competitive salary package: 110K-150K base super car 20% uplift Opportunity to step into a leadership-focused PE role with strong team support APPLY NOW if interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
