A Project Engineer is sought by an iCirt rated Residential Builder, to work on a $500 million class 2 apartment construction project in Inner Sydney. The Opportunity: Working for an established Tier 2 Builder $500 million residential class 2 construction project in Inner Sydney $150k - $180K package 2 year project, due late 2027 Long term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney site based Opportunities for further career development The Company: An established Residential Builder/ Developer T/0 $1 billion Reporting to a Project Manager Focus on construction projects in the $100 million to $500 million range Established client base, with full order book of work until 2028 Long term permanent opportunity, career progression in project management offered Large pipeline of work in Sydney available You will have: A Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree Previous project engineering experience with Tier 1 or large 2 Builder in Sydney Construction experience on projects over $100 million sought Experience with RFI's and design coordination Programming experience HSE knowledge Commercial acumen, with experience in costing and variations Procore and MS Project experience sought A steady career history and proven construction management background To apply for this role please email your resume in WORD DOC format to the APPLY NOW Button.
