About the Role You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project team to manage the coordination and administration of construction projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and will be eager to grow with the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and documentation Liaise with councils and authorities for approvals and permits Maintain accurate project records and support compliance Organise progress meetings and issue minutes Assist in developing improved project systems and practices Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years' local experience in construction coordination or administration (ideally in multi-residential projects) Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using Google Workspace; Jobpac or Field View experience an advantage Proactive, can-do attitude Benefits Work with a reputable and iCIRT-rated builder/developer Genuine career progression and professional development opportunities Supportive and experienced team environment About the Company This South-West Sydney-based builder/developer is ISO certified and iCIRT rated , with a strong reputation for delivering luxury apartments and modern homes across Greater Sydney.
