About the Team The Corporate Division supports the Commission and enables staff to deliver the Commission's purpose by: enhancing effectiveness, efficiency and safety making the best use of resources and continuously improving performance enhancing, integrating and optimising the IT and corporate systems that support Commission staff. The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), part of the Enterprise Governance & Strategy group within the Corporate Division, supports the Commission in becoming a better regulator for older Australians through a disciplined approach to portfolio/program/project and change management, and enabling whole-of-Commission change. Working across the Commission, the EPMO provides expertise in standards, delivery, support and consultation and strategic guidance on programs and projects. About the Role The primary objective of the Project Co-ordinator role is to provide high quality coordination, communication, facilitation, governance, reporting and information management support to the Project Manager and the project team. This role assists and supports the delivery of project objectives to ensure business outcomes and values are met. The role will involve continually monitoring scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives utilising multiple delivery approaches. The role will also adhere to the business's prescribed delivery methodology, governance, and risk management frameworks The key duties of the position include Provides program support, ensuring activities are undertaken to enable the completion of tasks and achieve agreed outcomes on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope Supports planning and coordination of the program and its activities Coordinates meeting arrangements, reports and papers for governance and other working groups and tracks actions and decisions taken at these meetings Collects and analyses data related to program performance, stakeholder feedback, and other desired metrics Prepares regular reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations, to support decision-making and continuous improvement Prepares and maintains project related documentation, including sourcing, collating and quality assuring information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to achievement of the project outcomes and identification of emerging issues Coordinates the program risk register and monitors completion of risk actions Ensures implementation of policies and practices in accordance with the Project and Change Management Governance Frameworks Maintains the programs technology requirements, including the PPM tool, SharePoint site and other technology as required Other ad-hoc duties as required
