Take ownership of Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects from DA through to construction. Where your technical skill and leadership will help deliver some of Sydney’s most design-driven buildings. What You’ll Do Manage Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects from DA through to construction Oversee and coordinate consultant teams, ensuring seamless communication and outcomes Lead documentation packages independently using ArchiCAD Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and uphold design intent through delivery Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure project milestones are met Support and mentor junior team members across documentation stages What You’ll Bring Minimum 7 years of professional experience Proven ability to manage DA, CC, and construction documentation packages Proficiency in ArchiCAD Strong understanding of BCA, NCC, and Class 1/Class 2 compliance Demonstrated experience coordinating consultant teams and project stakeholders Solid technical and construction knowledge with attention to design quality Australian citizenship or permanent residency About the Studio A highly regarded Sydney architecture studio with a reputation for thoughtful, context-driven design and smooth project delivery.
