Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join Population Health Division as a Program Manager where you will lead and manage a program of work that builds the capacity of health professionals to deliver evidence-based tobacco smoking and vaping cessation services for First Nations community members within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. Your key responsibilities: * Facilitate and manage community engagement processes to co-design, implement and evaluate a program of work that builds the capacity of health professionals to deliver evidence-based tobacco smoking and vaping cessation services for First Nations community members within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. * Facilitate and manage key stakeholder engagement processes (e.g. with community-controlled and HHS providers) to co-design, implement and evaluate a program of work that builds the capacity of health professionals to deliver evidence-based tobacco smoking and vaping cessation services for First Nations community members within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. * Collaboratively deliver a program of work that builds the capacity of health professionals to deliver evidence-based tobacco smoking and vaping cessation services for First Nations community members within the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: * High level of project managements skills, including the design of complex prevention projects with the ability to achieve successful project outcomes. * High level of community engagement skills, including working with First Nations people living in regional and remote locations, to address priority health issues. * High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex health issues.
