Streamline and support production operations Career development opportunities Site based role, located in Broadmeadow Our Manufacturing & Maintenance – Transport business is on the lookout a motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Administrator to join our supportive team! About Your Role: The Production Support Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the production team by managing key administrative processes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative coordination and support to the production team. Produce and process production orders directly from the workshop floor. Perform general administrative duties, including word processing, photocopying, filing, and ordering stationery. Input and maintain maintenance records, including work orders, asset movements, and service order work scopes. Assist with raising purchase orders (POs), ordering PPE, and managing training and compliance records. Ensure all records are maintained, and QI documentation is collated and submitted to Document Control. Help manage and replenish the Build Line Point of Use (POU) system, ensuring operational efficiency. Maintain Build Line whiteboard, Line Walk delayed spreadsheets and displayed documentation. Provide support in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processes, ensuring efficient closure. About You: We are looking for an experienced professional, who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to multitask. To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with SAP systems. Good understanding of production planning and quality control principles. Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Experience in industries such as rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics, or other safety-critical environments (highly desirable). An independent and proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
