Key responsibilities This role is for a subject matter expert who will train and support customers on cutting-edge dental technology. Provide training and guidance to a diverse range of customers, including resellers and end-users, through in-person and online channels. Assist sales teams at events, congresses, and exhibitions throughout Australia and New Zealand. Prepare equipment for training courses, including hardware and software configuration. Act as a vital team member, conveying market feedback to the R&D department. Develop strong relationships with both internal and external clients. Your skills and experience Industry: A background in the dental industry, for example, as a dental technician. Product: Previous experience as a product specialist, trainer, or applications specialist within the dental industry. Communication: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Enthusiasm: An enthusiastic attitude toward travelling and an appetite for new dental technologies. Knowledge: Knowledge and insights into the work and needs of dentists and dental technicians. Empathy: A positive demeanour, empathy, and good intercultural skills. You will stand out if you have Systems: A background working with dental CAD/CAM systems.
