Product Owner Location: Sydney Employment Type: 3 days office attendance, 2 days work from home Are you ready to take your Product Owner career to the next level? We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner with a strong tech BA or engineering background to join a high-growth, innovative environment. What you'll be doing: Lead the delivery of product features and enhancements across technology platforms, ensuring practical, scalable, and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate directly with tech teams in agile squads to turn business requirements into actionable solutions. Manage a small team of BAs reporting directly to you, driving clarity, efficiency, and execution excellence. Leverage analytics and data to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation. Partner with stakeholders across the organisation About you: 5 years' experience as a Product Owner delivering complex technology solutions in financial services, retail, or commerce environments Strong technical BA, engineering, or similar technical background with experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with development teams. Proven experience combining financial services (banking, wealth management or superannuation experience is a plus) and non-financial commerce/retail (e-commerce platforms, or similar) is also advantageous Comfortable in agile, cross-functional squads with a strong bias toward delivery and tangible results. Analytical, proactive, and able to influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Experience in SAS scale-up environments or high-growth platforms is advantageous. Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights (PR or Citizen). This is a full-time permanent role and not open to day rate contractors.
