About Us Canibuild automates the residential construction industry’s design, approval, and sales processes, allowing clients to answer 'Can I build this on this plot of land?' instantly. As a fast-growing SaaS platform backed by Australia’s largest hedge fund, we serve clients across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US. Job Summary At Canibuild, we’re transforming how construction projects are planned and sold. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, takes full ownership of their product domain, and works hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires someone who can balance vision with execution, juggle multiple initiatives without losing focus, and proactively drive products forward with a mix of good practices and pragmatic decision-making. What You’ll Do Own your product domain, becoming the go-to expert on functionality, customer challenges, and priorities. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Partner with stakeholders across the business, advocating for customer needs and translating them into clear product direction. Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, and backlog with a focus on business value and ROI. Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that set the team up for success. Manage multiple initiatives at once, self-organising to balance priorities and deadlines. Lead agile ceremonies such as daily scrums and reviews. Monitor features post-launch : define success metrics, track adoption and performance, and work with engineering/support to troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to establish scalable processes for MVPs and feature iterations. Promote a healthy balance between best practices and feasible solutions . What We’re Looking For 3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally with start-up exposure. Strong background in B2B or technology products; construction domain knowledge is a plus. Proven ability to scope, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in an Agile environment. Experience with monitoring product performance post-launch and using data to guide improvements. Exposure to AI-powered solutions is a plus. Self-starter with strong ownership, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate product requirements and functionality to diverse audiences. Tech-savvy with a passion for creating great products and customer experiences. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field (MBA/certifications are a plus). Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEDT, remote full-time. Immediate joiners preferred. Benefits Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth. A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative culture that values initiative, ownership, and smart solutions. A remote-first environment with global collaboration.
