We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Receipting Coordinator to join our team supporting the Offshore Decommissioning Campaign. This role plays a key part in managing materials, coordinating receipting, and assisting the Quality team to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures. Key responsibility areas Order materials and manage receipting processes in line with project requirements. Oversee packaging and dispatch of work pack equipment. Register materials and equipment orders in asset databases and ensure quality reports are completed. Support Quality team with compliance to the Quality Plan, including audits and documentation. Assist with offshore logistics bookings during peak periods. Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation. About You Experience in procurement, materials ordering, and receipting. Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications. Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Aconex highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
