Job Description About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Operations Support Team Lead to guide a team of three specialists who support our procurement systems & processes, supplier governance, SRM activities, and reporting & analytics. This role is pivotal in ensuring our procurement operations run smoothly, our stakeholders receive exceptional support, and our processes remain stable whilst continuing to mature and evolve. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and day-to-day support. Act as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting procurement system issues, data queries, supplier governance matters, and SRM activities. Oversee and optimise procurement systems and processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement. Support the delivery of insights, reporting, and analytics to internal stakeholders to enable informed decision-making. Drive task management and prioritisation, ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support effective end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes. Champion a strong customer service mindset, ensuring internal users receive clear, timely, and professional support.
