As a Private Advice Assistant, you will be the backbone of our advisory team, supporting the seamless implementation of tailored advice solutions and ensuring every client interaction reflects the premium service our brand is known for. This is more than an administrative role - it is your gateway to a rewarding career in Private Bank. You will gain exposure to high-net-worth clients, work closely with experienced Advisers who provide bespoke and complex advice, and develop the skills that set you up for progression into senior client services or advisory positions. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Sydney and Perth Work Hours: Full time (40 hrs/week) What will your day look like? As a Private Advice Assistant, you will be at the centre of delivering sophisticated financial solutions for high-net-worth clients. Your day will involve: Complex Implementation: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a broad range of investments and structures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams - Advisers, Operations, Compliance to deliver seamless client outcomes and resolve complex queries. Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and direct engagement with our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium standard. Strategic Support: Anticipate client needs and assist in aligning advice solutions with their long-term objectives, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process Excellence: Leverage systems and processes proactively to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the advice business. Integrity & Trust: Act in line with our purpose - delivering honest, fair, and transparent outcomes at all times that strengthen client trust and uphold regulatory standards. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience in the Financial Advice Industry Highly Regarded: Diploma of Financial Planning and/or related degree Customer-centric and passionate about driving and delivering customer advice outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindset Ability to build productive relationships with team members, advisers and stakeholders Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
