About the role The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) has one Radiation Oncology PHO available in 2025. The position would suit residents or current PHO's looking to gain more experience in radiation oncology. The position will provide experience working in a tertiary referral Cancer Care Service. The RBWH is a tertiary referral centre which provides Cancer services including radiation oncology, medical oncology and haematology. The position is full time (negotiable), based at the RBWH in Brisbane. This is a clinical position. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Maintain high standards of clinical care in Radiation Oncology. * Act as a PHO at the Royal Brisbane Hospital (and on occasions, in other Metro North Radiation Oncology Clinics) and provide services in Radiation Oncology to inpatients and outpatients as directed by the Director of Radiation Oncology in accord with the mission and goals of the Hospital. * Demonstrate skills as a collaborative, supportive and engaged radiation oncology team member * Serve in one or more specialised clinics in the Division of Radiation Oncology and serve on multidisciplinary clinics and services as required by other disciplines for the management of cancer patients. * Perform general clinical duties.
