Job Description We are recruiting a Principal Consultant based in Sydney or Adelaide. With your knowledge and experience gained in the following areas, you will lead client projects and grow our business. Asset management frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies (CAMA or IAM qualifications are favoured, but not necessary) Industry and asset challenges our rail, power, water, aviation and/or defence clients face in delivering effective asset management outcomes Sector‑specific knowledge such as rail, power or water, with an understanding of sector assets, regulatory and safety frameworks Growing teams and developing long‑term relationships with key stakeholders You will lead a variety of consultancy projects for our infrastructure clients, from technical advice right through to transformational programs. With a passion to help clients get the best from their assets, you will identify, pursue, and deliver work for transport sector clients, with the support of our Technical Directors and Consultants/Senior Consultants. Locally, we are a small and flexible team, and you will be an integral part of our leadership. As well as client delivery, you will have a key role in shaping our strategy, identifying new opportunities, and mentoring and growing our team. As part of the global business, you will also work with AMCL and Turner & Townsend colleagues across the world, contributing to thought leadership and developing new services relevant for our local markets.
