Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Premium Funding Specialist to support our growing premium funding operations. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to brokers and clients by preparing tailored funding quotes, negotiating with funding providers, and promoting premium funding solutions across the business. This position can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. The Role Quote Preparation: Generate accurate and timely premium funding quotes for brokers and clients, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines and client needs. Negotiation: Liaise with and negotiate with premium funding companies to secure competitive terms and solutions. Client & Broker Engagement: Present and explain premium funding features, benefits, and value propositions to brokers and clients, supporting their decision-making processes. Sales Reporting: Track and report on premium funding activity, conversion rates, and key performance metrics. Internal Promotion: Champion premium funding internally by educating teams, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption across the business. Responsibilities - Qualifications The Requirements Key Skills & Attributes Strong communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in financial services, insurance, or premium funding (preferred). Qualifications & Experience Prior experience in a financial services or insurance-related role. Familiarity with premium funding products and providers is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Why Join WTW?
