Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include the following: Manage and prioritize information flow, i.e. calls, contacts, emails Maintain security database and prepare security access cards for employees Handle office facility requests, maintaining general office appearance, security and safety Manage calendars, setting up appointments and meetings coordination Support in organizing marketing events, webinars and internal team social events Ensuring office is fully stocked of all stationery and marketing materials, ensuring office kitchen is well stocked Maintenance of the internal team database, organized filing systems, managing records etc. Assist to submit project expense claims and timecards Deal with all incoming and outgoing post Deal with administration queries and issues on all levels when necessary, assist with other general office tasks while focusing on the smooth operations in the office Control and maintenance of all courier and taxi services Handle all aspects of travel and meeting arrangements Assist with welcoming new joiners Assist with receptionist duties, as necessary (including greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms) Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant office administrative experience and taking responsibility of projects in a professional services function Experience in similar field, i.e. professional services Advanced skills in word, excel and PowerPoint High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure Ability to accept direction and to take on additional responsibilities About Kroll Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
