About the role: An experienced Marketing Manager is sought to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across a portfolio of retail assets, primarily shopping centres. This autonomous role involves developing and executing marketing plans that enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with Centre Management teams and retailers to oversee campaign delivery, digital channels, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring each centre achieves its strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for a portfolio of retail assets in line with asset plans. Plan and execute annual campaign calendars, including centre-led and asset-specific events and promotions. Measure and report on campaign performance, ROI, traffic, and monthly sales results. Manage marketing budgets with accurate monthly reconciliation and alignment to overall asset targets. Oversee digital channels, content creation, and customer engagement across web, social, email and in-centre platforms. Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups and stakeholders to enhance marketing outcomes. Skills and experience required for this role: Proven experience in retail property or shopping centre marketing. Strong strategic planning and campaign execution capabilities. Ability to interpret customer insights, data and market trends to drive outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing budgets and reporting.
