How you’ll make an impact The Super & Investments (S&I) Business Programs team is a strategic delivery and transformation function within AMP, focused on enabling change across the Superannuation and Investments business. We lead the design and execution of complex programs that deliver cost efficiency, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and sustainable growth. As the PMO Lead, you will lead the strategic execution of business priorities by aligning project portfolios with regulatory, customer, and commercial goals—enabling governance, risk management, and delivery capability to drive transformation and operational excellence across the Superannuation & Investments business. You’ll make an impact by: Leading and overseeing governance standards across S&I Business Programs Establishing and monitoring frameworks for project delivery including methodology, templates, and reporting standards Ensuring compliance with organisation policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices Coaching, uplifting capability and establishing best practices across team What you will bring to the team Extensive experience, 8 years, working in financial services with management experience and a product background/customer/regulatory and compliance environments Proven experience in leading a PMO in an agile or hybrid environment Proven experience in the successful management and implementation of regulatory changes Demonstrated ability to implement operational and/or organisational change Ability to deliver results through others via effective leadership and coaching Ability to contribute to the development of business plans and present in senior leadership environments Strong experience of managing multiple projects and working in a project environment and understanding of project management principles Relevant tertiary qualification and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or equivalent) desirable Understanding of competitors propositions and industry trends, as they relate to the wealth management, in particular superannuation/investments environment.
