ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor with experience in self-performing CFA, bored, driven, and Secant wall on various infrastructure projects. This will be a FIFO role to WA on a large mining project, with the piling package valued at over $70M. Main Duties Oversee and coordinate piling operations according to project specifications and schedule. Manage and supervise piling crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor piling equipment and materials, ensuring proper maintenance and availability. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to piling activities. Provide technical guidance and support to piling crews, resolving any issues that may arise. Requirements A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector. A thorough understanding and demonstrated experience in the delivery of civil work, including Piling and ground improvements. Familiar with piling methodologies such as CFA, bored piling, driven piles, and Secant wall. In-depth knowledge and capability of working under Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliances. The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects. Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Benefits $100-140k base super vehicle (negotiable, dependent on the level of experience). Long-term career opportunities.
