In this role, you’ll produce high-quality imagery and video content that brings our seasonal products to life across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media. What You’ll Do: Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality product, lifestyle, and campaign photography. Style and execute shoots in studio and on location to reflect brand tone. Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to meet briefs and deadlines. Edit and prepare final images using Capture One Pro and Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain organised digital asset library and consistent file naming. Assist with seasonal campaign concepts and visual merchandising. Ensure all photography meets brand standards for print and digital. Coordinate with stylists, models, and suppliers as needed. Maintain studio and equipment readiness. Contribute creative ideas for shoots, layouts, and storytelling. Basic videography skills desirable. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in Photography or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years’ experience in commercial, lifestyle, and product photography. Proven ability in studio and location shoots. Knowledge of common commercial grade camera systems (Stills / Motion) Strong technical skills in lighting, composition, and post-production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One Pro. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across Melbourne. Bonus: Experience with retail/e-commerce photography and video content.
