About the Role A well-established community pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join their close-knit team. This role is ideal for both experienced pharmacists and newly registered professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a friendly, patient-focused environment. The pharmacy offers full training in vaccinations, UTI services, and skin condition management, ensuring continual professional development in a busy yet supportive workplace. What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate: $50-$55/hr super Accommodation and rent incentives provided Permanent full-time role (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm) Mentoring and on-the-job training in professional services Genuine long-term opportunity with potential for partnership Inclusive and encouraging team culture with ongoing development support Key Responsibilities Dispense and check prescriptions accurately using Fred and DD Cloud Provide patient counselling and deliver professional services (UTI, vaccinations, skin treatments) Assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow Work collaboratively with another pharmacist and two technicians Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment What You'll Need Current AHPRA General Registration as a Pharmacist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn, engage, and build long-term relationships with the community Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Why Join Us?
