Future Supports is seeking Aged Care Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. We are currently looking for team members IN ALL AREAS. Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day Our Support Workers provide daily living support and companionship, enabling seniors to maintain their independence and comfort in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with activities of daily living within the client's home. Providing mobility assistance to ensure safety and comfort. Preparing and serving nutritious meals . Monitoring and accurately recording changes in clients’ health . Assisting with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable environment. Offering companionship and social engagement to foster well-being. Fostering a safe and comfortable environmen t for all clients. Who We're Looking For We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Relevant qualifications , such as a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent. Proven experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for aged care clients within their own homes Current COVID-19 vaccination certificate (minimum 2 doses). Current Influenza vaccination (required annually). Current National Police Check. Current First Aid/CPR Certificate. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Must be available to work flexible hours. Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from your home. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards. We also welcome applications from Support Workers with a minimum level of experience for roles primarily focused on domestic duties.
