ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Graduate to join our growing consulting firm on a permanent full-time basis. Supporting a team of highly skilled HR professionals, you will have exposure to a wide variety of organisations, industries and work, while developing foundational skills across all areas of people and culture. The key responsibilities of this role include: Assist with preparing letters, contracts, and on-boarding documentation Assist HR consultants with day-to-day HR administration tasks Help coordinate staff engagement surveys and collate results Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and templates Respond to basic queries about policies, leave etc Support HR consultants in client meetings Support the roll-out of HR projects such as system implementations Continuously build HR knowledge around legislation, best practise and modern awards Assist in preparing HR reports for clients Observe performance or disciplinary meetings ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualifications within the field of Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Law. Professionally presented with a friendly demeanour. Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.
