As our Penetration Testing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding ING’s digital ecosystem. What you’ll do … Manage and co-ordinate end-to-end penetration testing engagements, including scoping, execution, reporting, and remediation support. Develop and maintain testing methodologies aligned with industry standards (e.g., OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST). Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise testing efforts based on risk and business impact. Mentor and grow a team of penetration testers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. Ensure timely and actionable reporting of findings, including executive summaries and technical deep dives. Drive automation and tooling improvements to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques. What we’re looking for… Deep knowledge of offensive security principles, techniques, and methodologies. At least 5 years of experience in offensive security, including team leadership and hands-on penetration testing expertise. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage delivery timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Background in consulting or client-facing roles; experience in managed services environments is highly regarded. Familiarity with regulated industries is desirable.
