Job Description We’re seeking a Payroll Services Specialist with a strong background in time and attendance systems, who’s passionate about streamlining processes. You’ll handle day-to-day payroll activities, resolve complex issues, and provide practical solutions to make sure our team is paid accurately and on time. We’re looking for someone with solid technical expertise—particularly in time and attendance—who has experience working in payroll within a medium to large organisation. In this role you will: Prepare payroll in line with internal procedures, ensuring payments are calculated and paid accurately and on time. Process and maintain fortnightly payroll, verifying all data is correct and paid promptly. Monitor and resolve timesheet and schedule discrepancies to ensure alignment with payroll cycles. Support integration between WFM, WorkDay (HRIS), and Dayforce (Payroll), ensuring accurate timesheet and leave data. Interpret and apply relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements, offering guidance across People & Culture and the wider business. Investigate payroll errors, implement prevention controls, and contribute to risk management activities, including RCSA and maintenance of controls.
