Payroll & Recruitment $90,000 - $100,000 Super | Permanent | Mascot, 2020 Take ownership of end-to-end payroll with exposure to HR processes and recruitment. Join a supportive, collaborative Finance team with full training provided on systems and processes. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a long-standing, reputable company while building your expertise in payroll and HR. You'll enjoy a structured induction, ongoing support from a friendly Finance team, and the chance to work in a role that blends technical payroll tasks with people-focused HR responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will manage the payroll process across multiple regions while supporting HR functions. Full training on the company's payroll system and internal procedures will be provided. What You'll Be Doing Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, including allowances, shift loadings, incentives, and leave entitlements. Reconcile payroll tax obligations and submit monthly PAYG reports. Support recruitment activities, including posting roles and screening applicants. Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and forms. Coordinate performance reviews and salary adjustments. Act as the first point of contact for payroll or HR-related queries from staff. Collaborate with software providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Assist with audit requests and ad hoc Finance/HR projects as needed. What We're Looking For At least 4 years' experience in payroll and HR administration. Strong understanding Payroll Legislations, awards, and HR practices. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise across teams and regions. A relevant degree is desirable but not essential.
