Free lunch every Monday Additional Leave including RDOs and Bonus annual leave Annual performance bonuses Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll operations across Asia Pacific Manage, mentor and lead team of 2 Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory obligations, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions Build strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers and key internal stakeholders Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes Conduct payroll audits and manage payroll tax obligations Oversee key year-end processes, reconciliations, and compliance reporting (WGEA, workers' compensation, payroll tax) Support major payroll system and HRIS transformation projects They Will Be Looking For: This is an outstanding role for an experienced payroll leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
