We are seeking a highly capable Administrator to join a manufacturing finance team and keep the weekly payroll running like clockwork! What You’ll Do: Process weekly payroll with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring compliance with the EBA and contracts Manage superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and more, while keeping employee records spot-on Collaborate with managers to streamline timesheets, allowances and wage increases Drive process improvements and tackle payroll queries with confidence Stay ahead of payroll legislation and deliver insightful reports What You Bring: Expertise in Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation Experience with payroll software (NetSuite or UKG/Kronos a plus!) A knack for problem-solving and working independently in a fast-paced environment Sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills Manufacturing payroll experience? Even better!
