ConsultANZ is looking for Pavement Supervisor with a strong background in pavement or roading projects, preferably with exposure to TfNSW (Transport for NSW) work. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations on pavement and roading projects. Ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce on-site safety practices. Monitor project progress, quality, and maintain accurate site documentation. Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients. Resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule. Requirements: Background in civil trades or relevant qualifications preferred. Proven experience supervising road or pavement projects. Strong knowledge of TfNSW construction requirements. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. White Card (mandatory) and relevant tickets are an advantage. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
