Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition with precision, care, and pride in workmanship. Interested? What You’ll Do Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of parts received Disassemble vehicles in accordance with job sheets Carry out repairs following OEM standards and repair procedures Reassemble vehicles with a focus on quality and safety Treat all vehicles, equipment, and tools with care and professionalism Keep tools and work areas clean, safe, and well maintained Follow all OH&S guidelines, including the correct use of PPE What We’re Looking For Qualified and experienced Panel Beater (essential) Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Excellent attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and a great team player We value work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible work hours that fit your lifestyle.
